Catholic Charities Serving Central Washington Location: Wenatchee, WA Position type: Full Time Education level: Graduate Degree Salary: $97,520.00 - $108,120.00 per year Travel: Up to 25% Job shift: Day Summary: This position is responsible for the services and operations of the New Journeys FEP (First Episode Psychosis) program under the direction of the Outpatient Services Lead Manager. Administratively, it ensures the program meets the funder expectations by maintaining fidelity to the evidence-based treatment model and by completing monthly reports within expected timelines. Clinically, it oversees clinical and administrative staff within the Coordinated Specialty Care Model and ensures staff are trained and working to the full scope of their credentials. The New Journeys FEP team collaborates with clients, families, and other supports to provide state-of-the-art treatment for first-episode psychosis across Chelan, Douglas, Grant, and Okanogan Counties. Responsibilities

Team Lead Duties: Provides information to families and clients regarding the program, screening and intakes; conducts community outreach and presentations on the program; provides clinical supervision and structure for the New Journeys FEP team; ensures fidelity to the model, coordinates daily operations, reviews reports, oversees daily outreach, and schedules or responds to service requests and intakes. Clinical duties: Works with individuals, families, and groups as a clinician and collaborates with other members of the multidisciplinary treatment team; teaches clients, families, and groups about psychosis and its treatment; supports medication adherence when applicable and monitors early warning signs of relapse; coordinates with Designated Crisis Responders (DCRs), hospitals, community providers, and natural supports; offers guidance to the team; performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications

Education : Masters degree in social work, counseling, clinical psychology, or a related field leading to eligibility for clinical licensure
