F.E. Moran Group of Companies has an opportunity in the greater Chicagoland area for an
experienced Senior Project Manager with HVAC project success
to plan, lead and oversee complex, large-scale projects ($5+ million) from inception to completion. As the company grows, you will have opportunities to grow and develop with us.
About You
KNOWLEDGEABLE:
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, construction management or relevant field or equivalent experience; in-depth industry and HVAC project management knowledge required
EXPERIENCED:
Extensive previous experience in HVAC large projects ($5+ million) with demonstrated success
A LEADER:
Guide, manage, motivate, and direct work teams
A COMMUNICATOR:
Effectively communicate verbally and written to varied levels of audiences
ADAPTABLE:
Analyze, think critically, negotiate, and problem-solve; quickly adjust to a changing environment; successfully manage multiple priorities under time constraints
FLEXIBLE:
Available as needed; able to travel to client sites
What You’ll Do
PLAN & PREPARE:
Oversee a specific project or a wide range of different projects from beginning to end
PRIORITIZE:
Control a variety of projects at different stages of work
LEAD:
Plan, coordinate, oversee, and maintain effective field operations and teams
PERFORM:
Effectively accomplish the scope of contracted work within allotted budget and time schedules
SERVICE:
Provide exceptional guidance and support to all stakeholders, partners, and team members
