Candidates must live within a reasonable commute to downtown OKC, OK as a home location. Travel flexibility to New York and internationally will be required. Bullion International Group (BIG) is seeking a VP of Supply Chain, Vaulting & Fulfillment Operations who will provide strategic leadership over warehouse operations and logistics across the company. With locations in Oklahoma, New York, Switzerland, and Germany, as well as partners around the world, this role interfaces globally and drives the companys strategic initiatives. You will work with senior management to establish long-range goals, strategies, plans, and policies and procedures. You will supervise and lead the team and seek opportunities to drive efficiencies and effectiveness within your areas of responsibility. This position requires a high level of independent judgment and decision making. Key Responsibilities Providing leadership to fulfillment & logistics staff across multiple locations, including international locations, creating an environment which fosters effective goal-focused performance for individuals and groups Develop and implement a long-term vision for the future of BIG's global fulfillment organization by collaborating with senior management as well as other internal and external stakeholders Ability to lead cross-functional teams to plan, design, and fully implement new fulfillment operations globally. This will require the highest levels of communication, planning, and leadership. Create a focus on daily operational goals and metrics to ensure that the company delivers industry-leading service levels and efficiencies Establish, and document, proper processes, tools, technology, and resources to continuously optimize the fulfillment operations and shipping logistics of the company Create and facilitate the use of capacity planning models and other planning tools that will enhance operational efficiency Oversees the operations of the warehouses. Includes compliance with OSHA, Safety, Workers Compensation, and other regulations to ensure a safe and productive work environment Determine standards, KPI's, production goals, and processes based on company policies, and workloads, confer with other management or subordinates to resolve problems, complaints, or issues Identify and implement best practices for protecting inventory, including while in transit, storage or work in process. Remain current on laws, regulations, economic trends, business trends that affect the business and make appropriate recommendations. Including all laws, regulations, and requirements around Import and Export of BIG's products. Encourage professional development through coaching and mentoring. Manage team performance utilizing reviews, training, teaching, hiring, discipline appropriate for the business and circumstance Prepare and manage expense and capital budgets to cost-effectively meet operational requirements Conducts performance reviews, training, teaching, hiring, disciplinary action and other day to day supervisory duties Prepare headcount and capital spending budgets and models to cost effectively meet operational requirements Manage projects required to achieve key business initiatives and objectives Determine current customer lead times and market average. Identify opportunities for improvements and the value to the customer and BIG Create and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement in the fulfillment operations Ensure that proper safety plans and programs are in place at all facilities Lead freight negotiations based on the different needs of BIG's customers Ability to lead the in-house Logistics team as well as work with and manage 3PL partners The VP of Fulfillment is a hands-on leader responsible for everything from fulfillment strategy and detailed execution including all things in between. Qualifications

A minimum of 10+ years of experience working in a fast-paced Logistics or Fulfillment operation required Working knowledge of supply chain management, concepts, and methods, to include international operations & logistics Related knowledge of business and management principles (Budgeting, Strategic Planning, Resource Allocation, and HR) Navigates complex team dynamics and mediates conflicts effectively, promoting constructive resolution Proven ability to show initiative, work independently, and make sound judgments on a day-to-day basis with minimal supervision Must be able to communicate with the highest level of tact and diplomacy, both verbally and in writing to all levels of staff and executive management Leads with empathy and builds strong, trusting relationships within the team and with stakeholders Strong organizational skills that reflect the ability to perform independently and prioritize multiple complex tasks with a high level of self-motivation with an ability to be extremely effective independently Must have an extensive working knowledge of commodities operations, including metals, risk management, brokerage management and business operations and procedures Must be a strategic self-starter, and forward thinker Must be motivated, organized, and detail oriented Must be able to exercise independent judgment

Education

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, or Logistics or equivalent experience is required Master's Degree or related field or equivalent experience is preferred

Computer Skills

Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.) Exposure to Tableau or Power BI
