As an Asset Management - Real Estate Investment Specialist West Coast - Executive Director within the Real Estate Americas team, you will lead prospecting for new clients, deepen existing client and consultant relationships, and provide thought leadership. You will report to the Head of US Client Strategy for Core & Core Plus Funds. Job Responsibilities

Grow and maintain our Real Estate Americas book of business with our U.S. client base (including corporate pension funds, state and government‑sponsored investment funds, insurance companies, endowments and foundations, as well as other investors). Initiate relationships with new clients, expand mandates with existing clients, garner additional commitments for existing mandates, and maintain existing mandates. Manage existing client relationships with the goal of creating strategic partnerships by deepening and expanding the assets we manage on their behalf. Establish an annual strategic plan, maintain regular contact with key client representatives (including field consultants), and deliver clear account reviews with thoughtful interpretations of near‑term economic and other relevant external events. Understand client investment goals and objectives and provide thought leadership on solutions to meet their objectives. Deliver the platform and firm resources to the client. Stay informed on the competitive landscape and provide insights to position our strategies to best compete. Foster excellent collaborative relationships with Client and Consultant Advisor teams, investment teams, research, portfolio managers, investor relations, product development and other key stakeholders across the firm; pursue new business opportunities aligned with our platform and model, identifying prospects and establishing relationships with senior investment professionals. Required Qualifications, Capabilities And Skills

Minimum 7+ years of experience successfully raising capital for real estate investment strategies or equivalent investment experience. Network of relationships with Western U.S. institutional real estate investors. Ability to deliver concise, persuasive, and technically sound new business presentations and investment reviews including market outlook, fund/portfolio and underlying investments. Excellent written and oral communication skills and intellectual curiosity in the subject matter. Strong relationship building skills applicable to existing clients, prospective clients and internal stakeholders across Real Estate Americas and the broader firm. Strong understanding of regional economic forecasts and the ability to interpret them relative to performance of all products represented by this team. Ability to incorporate current economic forecast information from internal and external sources into asset class and fund positioning communications. Working knowledge of portfolio construction and strategic asset allocation. Strong work ethic, results oriented and willingness to travel. Highest ethical values in professional and personal conduct. Undergraduate degree in business or related field. Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities And Skills

Series 3, 7 and 63 certifications (or willingness to achieve). Higher level of education preferred, MBA/CFA.
