We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Hotel Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hotel. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hotel management and a passion for delivering exceptional guest services. As the Hotel Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that all departments work harmoniously to provide an outstanding experience for our guests while maintaining operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily hotel operations, ensuring all departments meet service standards and operational goals.
Manage guest relations, addressing any concerns or feedback promptly to enhance guest satisfaction.
Lead and mentor staff, fostering a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth.
Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and service quality.
Collaborate with department heads to create budgets, monitor expenses, and optimize resource allocation.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe environment for guests and employees.
Analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies for enhanced service delivery.
Coordinate with marketing teams to promote hotel services and events, driving occupancy rates and revenue growth.
Skills
Proven experience in hotel management or hospitality management, with a strong understanding of hotel operations.
Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and relationship building.
Strong leadership abilities, capable of motivating teams and managing diverse staff effectively.
Proficient in budgeting and financial management within the hospitality industry.
Knowledge of resort operations is advantageous, contributing to a comprehensive understanding of guest needs in various settings.
Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of experience in hotel operations management
Strong background in hospitality management, including revenue management and guest services
Demonstrated ability in budgeting and financial management within a hotel setting
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Bilingual or multilingual proficiency not required but a plus
Prior experience in hotel management and front desk operations
Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and guest relations
Ability to work night audits and ensure smooth hotel operations if needed
