Overview
We are looking for a Business Operations Lead to drive strategic initiatives, improve organizational effectiveness, and support leadership in scaling Assort Health. You will report directly to Jon (co-Founder & CEO) and the leadership team across Finance, Talent, and Growth. You’ll be focused on business-critical projects, operational excellence, and data-driven decision-making and have the opportunity to grow into the Chief of Staff.
Base pay range $150,000.00/yr - $200,000.00/yr

What You’ll Do
Drive board and investor materials, including presentations and analyses.
Partner with the CEO and leadership to frame problems, align priorities, and drive solutions.
Manage information flow and internal communications to support key decisions and keep teams aligned.
Lead high-impact projects from scope to execution with measurable results.
Build and improve processes that enable the company to scale.
Apply analytics and research to guide decisions on talent, growth, and partnerships.
Step into gaps to launch and operationalize new initiatives from 0-1.
What You’ll Bring
2+ years at top consulting or investment banking, paired with 2+ years of hands-on operating experience in a startup or tech environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfortable using data to drive decisions.
Experience designing and rolling out new processes, tools, or functions from scratch.
Exceptional communication skills - able to structure complex information and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled at managing multiple projects and priorities.
Thrives in fast-moving, ambiguous environments; comfortable balancing strategic thinking with tactical execution and prioritizing autonomously.
