Base pay range: $140,000.00/yr - $175,000.00/yr. Bonus opportunity may be available. On-site with hybrid or remote consideration for the right candidate. Responsibilities
Specialize in tax planning and compliance for trusts, estates, and high-net-worth clients. Offer expert tax advisory services and strategic consultation to clients. Provide leadership and mentorship to senior accountants and junior staff. Conduct in-depth research to resolve complex tax matters. Ensure adherence to both state and federal tax regulations. Support client relationship management efforts and maintain strong client connections. Essential Qualifications
Active CPA (or EA) status. 3+ years of experience in tax planning and compliance. Extensive experience with state trust returns and Form 1040 filings. Preferred background in business return preparation. Experience managing complex multi-state tax filings. Skilled in researching intricate tax issues and advising clients. Excellent communication skills with a consultative approach. Experience working with high-net-worth clients is a plus. Seniority level
