Overview
We are seeking a dynamic
Vice President of Corporate FP&A
to lead our global financial planning and analysis function at the enterprise level. This high-impact executive will be a strategic partner to the CFO and executive leadership, steering the organization through complex financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
As a key member of the finance leadership team, the VP of FP&A will drive insightful decision-making, disciplined capital allocation, and data-informed strategy execution. This role requires deep FP&A expertise in global, publicly traded companies and a hands-on, leadership style that thrives in transformation and scale. This role offers a hybrid work schedule (3 days in office, 2 days remote), combining flexibility with executive collaboration.
What You’ll Do
Lead the global FP&A function, building and mentoring a high-performing, analytical team.
Partner with the CFO and executive team to shape financial goals, long-term plans, and enterprise strategy.
Lead the development and execution of periodic forecasting and budgeting cycles, ensuring accuracy, accountability, and alignment with strategic objectives. Serve as a trusted advisor, translating financial insights into actionable business recommendations.
Direct enterprise-wide budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning across global operations.
Drive consolidation and analysis of financial results to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
Utilize scenario modeling and sensitivity analysis to guide investment and resource allocation.
Collaborate with functional and business unit leaders to drive operational efficiency, margin improvement, and strategic initiatives.
Play a key role in M&A evaluation, integration, and capital investment strategies.
Align financial resources and planning with corporate objectives across HR, IT, Operations, and beyond.
Oversee high-quality financial reporting for internal leadership, the Board of Directors, and investors.
Partner with Investor Relations on earnings prep, financial guidance, and public communications.
Ensure FP&A rigor meets public company standards, including compliance with GAAP and internal controls.
Champion the evolution of FP&A processes through automation, systems upgrades, and data analytics.
Implement best practices in planning systems for scalability, transparency, and real-time insights.
What You’ll Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
15+ years of progressive finance experience, with at least 5 years in senior FP&A leadership roles at a publicly traded, global company.
Proven ability to lead FP&A for companies with $300M–$1B+ in annual revenue.
Strong understanding of GAAP, SEC reporting, and corporate governance.
Track record of partnering with executive leadership, Boards, and investors.
Expertise in financial systems (e.g., Adaptive Insights, Anaplan, Hyperion, OneStream) and analytics tools like Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
