We are looking for a passionate and client-focused onsite Project Controls Engineer for engagement on significant projects in the Nation's Capital.
Responsibilities
Receipt and distribution of Submittals, RFIs, and Potential Change Orders.
Utilizing the client’s PMIS to assess, process, and maintain records for contracts.
Processing of approved contractor payment requisitions.
Drafting recommended responses and actions for RFIs, submittals, change orders, punch-lists, etc.
Analyzing construction trends, monitoring deliverables, and providing overall administrative management.
Maintaining as-built drawings and conformed documents.
Administering badging procedures for staff.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction/Project Management. Waived for 10 years in the field of construction administration.
1-2 years of construction support experience.
US Citizenship.

Compensation The base salary range for this position is $80,000.00 to $90,000.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
