Base pay range $105,000.00/yr - $115,000.00/yr
Responsibilities
Field inspection of historical renovations and systemic upgrades in occupied facilities.
Providing guidance on constructability and phasing of the work.
Scheduling, coordinating, performing specialized field inspections.
Inspecting work at the site(s) for contract and code compliance.
Utilizing PMIS tools (e.g., e-Builder) for daily reports and progress photo documentation.
Recommending approvals or rejections of materials and workmanship as appropriate.
Monitoring labor and safety requirements.
Completing written inspection reports, records of defects and omissions, and similar activities.
Qualifications
Associates in construction related field, trade school, or equivalent certification. Waived for 10 years in similar inspection role.
10 years of construction inspection experience.
Authorization to work within the United States without the need for sponsorship, now or in the future.
