Opportunity The Oracle Services practice assists national consulting practices in planning, pursuing, delivering and managing large, complex full lifecycle initiatives along with providing experience in Oracle's applications and technology space. This group advises clients to understand, architect and implement the core applications and technology required to run their business. Your focus will be on helping clients achieve the following key benefits:
An optimal applications portfolio and governance structure that aligns with IT strategy and business architecture
Improvement in application performance driving higher customer (internal and external) satisfaction
Cost reduction and better investment decisions for applications infrastructure and services
Drive thought leadership and be a trusted advisor for CXOs
Key Responsibilities
Manage relationships with key stakeholders and client executives
Lead and manage global delivery teams responsible for activities related to the technical workstream during project planning, requirements definition, development, testing, cutover, training and rollout of application implementations
Manage and guide a team of technology professionals advising clients on best practices and approaches to integrate Oracle Cloud applications with the application ecosystem, migrate data and establish data privacy and data security; lead customers through Oracle’s Cloud Services ecosystem
Assist in developing applicable methodologies, tools, approaches, points of view, thought leadership and accelerators to differentiate EY in the ERP advisory market
Gain understanding of vendor product roadmap, features and functionalities and perform knowledge sharing sessions for advancement of teams
Partner with other practices and service lines to imagine, architect, design and deliver innovative solutions
Be responsible for the overall architecture, design and technical oversight of complex business initiatives (centered around Oracle Cloud) in customer advisory engagements
Participate in customer engagement planning and sales efforts; review and influence existing customer strategic goals; collect, prioritize and document customer requirements
Develop people by encouraging individuals to think for themselves and take responsibility for their contributions to the team; delegate work; conduct timely performance reviews and provide feedback and training

Team with client technology professionals and/or third-party strategic alliances to implement technology solutions
Demonstrate quality project execution and delivery by monitoring project economics, performance against plan and budget; proactively adjust scope, timing, and resources as needed
Develop people by encouraging independent thinking; delegate work; conduct performance reviews and provide training; lead by example
Generate new business opportunities by understanding EY and its service lines and applying knowledge to client needs
Develop long-term relationships and networks internally and externally
Manage and supervise a team through all phases of the technology lifecycle
Communicate effectively with human resources and technology executives
To Qualify, Candidates Must Have
Bachelor's degree with ~15 years of related work experience; or a graduate degree with ~12 years
12-15 years of experience with ERP application implementations; technical lead or enterprise integration roles; at least 6 years in managerial/IT-business integration
Multiple full-cycle Oracle ERP Cloud and Oracle EBS implementations for large global organizations
Proven track record leading development for integration, data migration and reports for Oracle Cloud applications
Knowledge of integrations tools such as Oracle Integration Cloud, MuleSoft, Dell Boomi or similar
Demonstrated use of Oracle methodologies such as OUM or AIM
Proficient in Agile methodologies and tools
Strong written/verbal communication, client service and technical writing skills; interest in integrating enterprise processes with technology
Prior consulting experience with C-level relationships
Willingness and ability to travel as needed

What We Offer You
Comprehensive compensation and benefits package; base salary ranges: US $171,600–$392,100; NYC Metro/Washington CA ranges $205,900–$445,700. Individual salaries depend on education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. Total Rewards includes medical/dental, pension and 401(k), and paid time off options.
Hybrid model: most client-serving roles require 40-60% in-person work during engagements.
