We are seeking an accomplished Senior Product Manager to spearhead the development of innovative solutions for our Collision Internal Product team. In this role, you will define product requirements, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure our internal tools and systems optimize collision repair processes. Your expertise in collision management will drive improvements in operational efficiency and enhance the internal management of collision-related workflows.
What You'll Do
Define and document product requirements and features for internal collision management tools, informed by operational needs, process inefficiencies, and industry best practices
Partner with cross-functional teams, including Collision Repair Operations, Engineering, and Data teams, to develop and launch internal products and features that streamline collision workflows
Engage deeply with Collision Repair teams to understand operational challenges and identify requirements to enhance process efficiency and effectiveness
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Collision Repair leadership, engineering teams, and senior management
Analyze operational feedback, process metrics, and performance data to identify opportunities for tool enhancements and process improvements
Develop and manage product roadmaps for internal collision tools, prioritizing initiatives based on business objectives and operational requirements
Collaborate with Data teams to leverage insights from data analysis to inform strategic product decisions for internal collision processes
Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies, identifying opportunities to integrate innovative solutions into internal collision management tools
What You'll Bring
Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, with a focus on internal tools or operational systems
In-depth understanding of the software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to influence cross-functional teams
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the capacity to interpret complex data and drive data-informed decision-making
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines
Process-oriented mindset with a passion for optimizing internal workflows and operational efficiency
Preferred experience in the electric vehicle or automotive repair industries
Preferred knowledge of collision repair processes and systems
Preferred familiarity with agentic implementations, and data analytics tools for operational optimization

Expected Compensation $128,000 - $228,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
