10+ years
of progressive in-house corporate legal experience, including
Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), Contracts, Corporate Governance, Executive Compensation, and Labor & Employment Industry background in
construction and/or utilities Exceptional communication, negotiation, and analytical skills Proven ability to manage complex transactions and lead cross-functional legal teams JD from an accredited law school and active bar admission ( Ohio preferred ) Top-tier medical, dental, and vision coverage

As the
first General Counsel
in the company’s history, you’ll report directly to
the Chief Legal Officer
and play a pivotal role in shaping the legal function from the ground up. This is a rare opportunity

full-time, on-site position
