and is based in North America, United States, New Jersey, Summit with a hybrid work arrangement. What You Will Do
As an Associate Brand Manager, you will act as a business leader to drive growth on your brand through strategies & executions with a truly national impact. You will be responsible for the key drivers of business performance, such as: Developing and implementing a multi-year strategic business plan for your brand Launching new products and building comprehensive go-to-market plans (including pricing and merchandising strategies) Crafting marketing communications (e.g., digital, eCommerce and social content, video, print, sampling, professional, etc.), claims and impactful media connection plans with external agency partners Uncovering insights about the category, competitor and retail customers that drive business recommendations Successfully setting and ensuring delivery of monthly and annual shipment and consumption analysis Conducting consumer research to uncover insights that shape in-market activations Collaborating with internal departments including Customer Strategy, Sales, Finance, Regulatory, Legal, Global, Supply Chain and Demand Planning to coordinate team activities and attain short- and long-term sales and profit commitments Leading your brand’s P&L and making investment recommendations to drive profitable growth Required Qualifications
A minimum of a university degree is required; preferably in Marketing/Business or a related field. MBA an asset. Experience working on new product forecasting, insights gathering, and business case development Experience working cross-functionally with sales, trade customization, and research partners to bring innovation to market Experience with bringing activations to life via customer, media, influencer partnership Desired Qualifications
Previous brand management, marketing experience is highly encouraged. Excellent written and oral communication skills, with an ability to bring out the best in others. Strategy and data are the core of everything we do, so strong critical thinking and analytical skills are required. Strong budget management and forecasting skills. Digital marketing experience is an asset. Experience with tools such as Nielsen and Numerator for data analysis. Well versed in MS Excel and PowerPoint What’s In It For You
Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges:
$110,500.00 - $156,000.00 . This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate’s skills, experience, education level and other job-related factors.
