Lead a top growth opportunity for Kenvue by entering the menopause category with a distinctive product offering and brand. Develop and execute the tactical annual marketing plan and sharpen the marketing strategy. Ensure quality and cost-effective implementation of all marketing programs. Define and track key metrics and OKRs; monitor business performance metrics. Manage P&L and budget structure; lead forecasting and partner with finance to update P&L. Lead commercialization planning for retail launch; coordinate activation with customer development teams. Oversee brand/retail marketing expense funding and manage 3-4 core team members. Oversee website operations, e-commerce/ D2C marketplace merchandising, and budget tracking. Assess pivots and strategic changes; evaluate partnership and acquisition opportunities. Monitor competitive landscape and drive cross-functional innovation and industry relationships. Responsibilities

Ongoing refinement of brand and marketing strategy in alignment with Growth lead and stakeholders. Direct oversight of marketing activities to deliver growth and brand equity. Required qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Marketing or related field Minimum of 10–12 years of proven experience in marketing and business development; commercial leadership preferred Proven track record of developing and implementing commercial and marketing strategies Strong leadership skills; ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams Experience managing cross-functional teams and external partners Excellent communication and negotiation skills Knowledge of market research methodologies and tools Desired qualifications

Deep experience with ecommerce retailers (e.g., Amazon) Startup and innovation experience What’s in it for you

Annual base salary range for new hires:

$183,175.00 - $258,600.00 , plus a comprehensive benefits package and total rewards tailored to location and experience.
