Executive Assistant, Devices & Services Design

Amazon is seeking an exceptionally talented, resourceful, and customer-centric Executive Assistant to support multiple leaders in our Devices & Services Design organization. Responsibilities

Work closely with the leadership team to provide seamless support through real-time prioritization of business activities. Book complex domestic travel and international travel and track/submit expenses on behalf of executives. Manage complex calendar scheduling; proactive conflict resolution. Organize team meetings, conferences, and social events as needed. Document writing, editing, and readiness. Organize, prioritize, and appropriately handle time-sensitive, confidential information and ensure action is taken promptly. Track and help drive completion of key deliverables and follow up on outstanding items. Collaborate with other EAs, Finance, HR, and Legal partners for the organization. A day in the life

You’ll manage packed calendars, field urgent requests, and keep operations running smoothly behind the scenes. This role requires exceptional organizational abilities, proactive problem-solving, and the adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. About The Team

The Amazon Devices and Services Design Group is a multidisciplinary design team responsible for the design of all Amazon consumer electronics devices, including Echo family devices, Fire TV, Fire Tablets, and more. Basic Qualifications

3+ years of senior-level executive support, or 1+ years of Amazon experience High school or equivalent diploma Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications Experience with executive-level calendar management Preferred Qualifications

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $50,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $107,100/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Depending on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other benefits may be provided as part of a total compensation package.
