Amazon is seeking a proactive, customer service–focused and team-oriented Executive Assistant to support the General Manager of the Amazon Photos team within Amazon Devices & Services. This position will also assist in planning and facilitating internal and external activities and projects. Responsibilities
Management of complex calendar and scheduling requirements. Tracking and helping drive completion of key deliverables and follow up on outstanding items. Schedule cost effective travel (domestic and international). Complete and file expense reports; utilizing both domestic and international currencies. File and track purchase orders. Drive team logistics, including staff meeting agendas, all-team meeting agendas, social outings, supply ordering, and other key logistics. Identify and coordinate most productive and cost-effective method for meetings including in person, on-site, off-site, audio conferences (international, stateside and local) and video conferences. Close collaboration with departmental EAs and with EAs for Vice-Presidents and Senior Vice-Presidents. Plan engaging and meaningful volunteering events for employees. Basic Qualifications
2+ years of professional or military experience Experience with executive level calendar management Experience with domestic or international travel coordination Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications Preferred Qualifications

The base pay for this position ranges from $50,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $107,100/year in our highest geographic market. Depending on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
