About the Role
We’re seeking a Social Media Manager to build cultural relevance, grow community engagement, and translate brand vision into a consistent, high-performing presence across social platforms. This is a hands-on role where you’ll manage strategy, content, community, and live event coverage.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, and LinkedIn.
Plan monthly content calendars and create original photo/video content (reels, stories, TikToks).
Write clear, engaging captions that reflect brand voice.
Engage with followers, respond to comments/DMs, and track conversations to spot opportunities.
Support campaigns, launches, and partnerships with tailored social content.
Capture real-time content at events and activations.
Monitor performance metrics and provide reports with actionable insights.
Stay current on platform trends, algorithms, and regulations.
Qualifications
3–5 years of social media management experience in wellness, CPG, lifestyle, or related industries.
Proven success in growing audiences and driving engagement.
Strong skills in content creation, editing (Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar), and analytics.
Excellent copywriting and storytelling abilities.
Comfortable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
