Position Summary The Senior Marketing Manager will support the Chief Strategy Officer in executing strategic marketing initiatives to strengthen the company’s presence in the commercial real estate and hospitality sectors. This role is ideal for a hands-on, detail-oriented marketer with a proven track record of implementing multi-channel marketing campaigns, managing content and brand consistency, and analyzing marketing performance to drive business results. The Senior Marketing Manager will collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to support capital raising, leasing, development, and brand-building efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Support the development and execution of marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
Manage the day-to-day execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, and event channels.
Ensure all marketing activities reflect the firm’s brand identity and value proposition to investors, tenants, and partners.
Create and manage marketing content including brochures, presentations, investment summaries, and social media posts.
Oversee production of digital and print materials with internal and external creative partners.
Digital Marketing & CRM
Implement and monitor email marketing campaigns using automation tools.
Maintain contact databases, segment audiences, and personalize outreach.
Manage company social media accounts and track engagement performance.
Collaborate on website updates and SEO efforts to improve digital visibility.
Analytics & Reporting
Monitor KPIs across all marketing channels and create regular performance reports.
Use marketing data to optimize campaigns and improve ROI.
Market Research
Conduct industry research and competitor analysis to identify trends, benchmarks, and positioning opportunities.
Provide insights to inform marketing tactics and strategic planning.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with investment, leasing, and construction teams to align marketing support with divisional needs.
Ensure messaging consistency across investor communications, project updates, and leasing materials.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
5–8 years of progressive marketing experience; commercial real estate or hospitality marketing preferred.
Demonstrated experience in executing and optimizing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
Proficiency with marketing tools including CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), email marketing platforms, and social media scheduling tools.
Strong writing and editing skills, with attention to brand voice and messaging.
Data-driven mindset with experience in marketing performance analysis and reporting.
Collaborative team player with excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
Working knowledge of design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) a plus.
Experience supporting fundraising and investor relations marketing.
Familiarity with real estate-specific platforms such as CoStar or LoopNet is beneficial.
