Responsibilities
Review payroll bi-weekly and update personnel policies as needed.
Coordinating interviews for new staff along with the recruitment team.
Onboarding new hires and organizing orientations.
Evaluate annual performance reviews as needed.
Any other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Previous experience in Human Resources in a long term care or healthcare setting is preferred but not required.
Associates Degree required; Bachelors Degree preferred.
Schedule & Benefits
Schedule: Full-time, day shift, Manager on Duty weekend rotation
