Qualifications & Responsibilities: Review payroll bi-weekly and update personnel policies as needed. Coordinate interviews for new staff with the recruitment team. Onboard new hires and organize orientations. Evaluate annual performance reviews as needed. Perform other duties as assigned. Previous experience in Human Resources in a long-term care or healthcare setting is preferred but not required. Associates Degree required; Bachelors Degree preferred. Schedule & Benefits: Full-time, day shift, Manager on Duty weekend rotation. Shift flexibility is required. Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, and PTO.
