Sell and deliver a targeted number of vehicles monthly while adhering to dealership policies during paperwork processing. Interact with customers in the showroom, helping them select the perfect vehicle by understanding their needs and demonstrating product features. Maintain an owner follow-up system to encourage repeat business and practice ethical sales. Stay informed on industry trends, participate in ongoing training, and collaborate with the sales manager to maximize sales opportunities. Ensure a smooth delivery process and introduce customers to our service department to complete a satisfying buying experience. Qualifications
High school diploma or GED; 1-2 years of related experience or training. Strong language skills: reading and understanding instructions, writing clear correspondence, and presenting information effectively in one-on-one and small group settings. Ability to interpret safety rules and technical documents; strong reasoning skills to apply common sense to instructions and define problems. State Sales License and a valid driver's license.
