Base pay range $250,000.00/yr - $450,000.00/yr

Overview Our client is a prestigious law firm seeking a Senior Level Real Estate Attorney who has extensive experience in commercial leasing on both landlord and tenant sides. Retail leasing experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Negotiate, draft, review, and revise various types of leasing agreements, including commercial, retail, and industrial leases.

Provide legal advice and guidance on all matters related to real estate leasing.

Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and provide legal solutions that meet their needs.

Conduct due diligence on prospective properties and tenants.

Represent clients in disputes related to real estate leasing.

Keep abreast of the latest developments in real estate law and leasing practices.

Collaborate with other attorneys in the firm on complex transactions and legal matters.

Provide training and mentorship to junior attorneys in the firm.

Qualifications

Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.

Licensed to practice law in the state.

A minimum of 5 years of experience as a real estate attorney with a focus on leasing.

Proficient in transactional, commercial real estate, real estate leasing, and drafting.

Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines.

High level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Familiarity with real estate software and technology is a plus.

Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Demonstrated ability to provide high-quality legal advice and representation to clients.
