We are looking for an experienced
Oracle Cloud Fusion Learning Management (LMS)
Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle Fusion LMS configuration, administration, and support to help drive effective learning and development programs. Responsibilities
Configure, maintain, and support Oracle Cloud Fusion Learning Management System. Manage user roles, permissions, and security within the LMS. Develop and deploy training content, courses, and learning paths. Collaborate with HR and L&D teams to implement learning initiatives. Troubleshoot and resolve system issues related to Oracle Fusion LMS. Monitor LMS performance, generate reports, and analyze learning metrics. Ensure system compliance with organizational policies and regulatory standards. Requirements
3–5 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Fusion Learning Management. Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM modules is a plus. Experience in LMS configuration, administration, and end-user support. Good understanding of instructional design and learning processes. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to analyze data and generate meaningful reports. Preferred Skills
Oracle Cloud certification in HCM or LMS. Experience with integrations between Oracle LMS and other HR systems. Familiarity with SCORM/xAPI standards and content authoring tools. Seniority level
