Overview

Data-Core Systems, Inc. is seeking a seasoned

ServiceNow Techno-Functional Consultant

with a strong grasp of both the technical and functional aspects of the ServiceNow platform. This role requires close collaboration with clients to deliver tailored ServiceNow solutions that enhance their operational efficiency and service delivery. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and its Pro modules, with experience in implementation, configuration, integration, and process alignment across ITSM and ITOM. Responsibilities

Solution Architecture & Design: Architect and propose scalable ServiceNow solutions in alignment with client objectives and ServiceNow's product roadmap. Module Implementation & Configuration: Implement and configure advanced ServiceNow Pro modules such as ITSM Pro, SAM Pro, HAM Pro, ITOM Discovery, and ITBM Pro (Project Management). Technical Development: Build custom applications, workflows, integrations, and scripts using JavaScript, Jelly, and ServiceNow’s APIs. ATF Ownership: Lead the development and maintenance of the Automated Testing Framework (ATF) across enhancement and project efforts. Requirements Management: Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into Agile user stories and epics. Agile Delivery & Collaboration: Participate in Agile ceremonies, contribute to sprint planning, and drive backlog grooming and delivery with client and vendor teams. Stakeholder Engagement: Interface with business and IT stakeholders to provide strategic guidance, status updates, and ensure solution adoption. Documentation & Knowledge Transfer: Prepare technical documentation and conduct knowledge transfer sessions with client teams to ensure long-term support readiness. Qualifications

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

Certifications (preferred)

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) Additional module-specific certifications are a plus

Experience

8–10 years of experience in ServiceNow development, implementation, and consulting Proven experience working on Agile teams and managing technical delivery

Technical Skills

JavaScript, Jelly scripting REST/SOAP API integration Data modeling, CMDB, and platform configuration

Functional Expertise

ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, and Project Portfolio Management (PPM) Business analysis and process consulting Agile methodology and toolchains

Soft Skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills Leadership in mixed resource teams Client-facing consulting experience
