EY’s Oracle Services practice assists national consulting practices in planning, pursuing, delivering and managing large, complex full lifecycle initiatives in the Oracle applications and technology space. Your focus will be on helping clients to achieve benefits such as an optimal applications portfolio and governance structure aligned with IT strategy, improved application performance, cost reduction, and better investment decisions. You will lead and advise on Oracle Cloud applications integration, data migration, data privacy and security, and contribute to the Oracle Cloud Services ecosystem. Responsibilities
Manage relationships with key stakeholders and client executives Lead and manage global delivery teams responsible for activities related to technical workstreams during project planning, requirements definition, development, testing, cutover, training and rollout of application implementations Guide teams advising clients on best practices to integrate Oracle Cloud applications with the application ecosystem, migrate data, and establish data privacy and data security; lead the customer through Oracle’s Cloud Services Ecosystem Develop applicable methodologies, tools, approaches, points of view, thought leadership and accelerators to differentiate EY in the ERP advisory market Gain understanding of vendor product roadmaps, features and functionalities, and share knowledge with the team Partner with other practices and service lines to imagine, architect, design and deliver innovative solutions Be responsible for the overall architecture, design and technical oversight of complex Oracle Cloud initiatives in customer engagements Participate in customer engagement planning and sales efforts; review and influence customer strategic goals; collect and document customer requirements Develop people by encouraging independence, delegating work, and conducting timely performance reviews and training Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and approximately 15 years of related experience; or a graduate degree and approximately 12 years of related experience 12-15 years of experience with ERP applications implementations in technical lead or IT/business integration roles; at least 6 years in a managerial capacity Multiple full lifecycle Oracle ERP Cloud and Oracle EBS implementations, preferably for large global organizations Proven track record in leading integration, data migration and reports development for Oracle Cloud Knowledge of integrations tools such as Oracle Integration Cloud, MuleSoft, Dell Boomi or equivalent Experience with Oracle methodologies such as OUM or AIM Proficient in Agile methodologies and tools to drive hybrid-agile delivery Strong communication, client service and technical writing skills; ability to align enterprise processes with technology Prior consulting experience with C-level relationship building Ability and willingness to travel as needed What We Look For

Competitive compensation and benefits package. Base salary ranges: US-wide $171,600 to $392,100; NYC Metro/Washington State/California (excluding Sacramento) $205,900 to $445,700. Total rewards include medical/dental coverage, pension/401(k) and paid time off. Salaries are determined by education, experience, knowledge, skills, and geography. Hybrid work model: most client-facing roles are expected to work in person 40-60% of the time.
