Oracle Services-Oracle Applications Technical Consultant - Manager role at EY. Location: Anywhere in Country. EY’s Oracle Services practice assists in planning, pursuing, delivering and managing large, complex full lifecycle application implementations and provides experience in Oracle’s applications and technology space. The group advises clients to understand, architect and implement the core applications and technology required to run their business. Your Key Responsibilities
Manage and deliver high-quality processes, solutions, or projects with a focus on quality, risk management, and continuous improvement. Innovate through research and benchmarking best practices while managing professional employees and supervisory responsibilities to meet performance objectives. Participate in client sessions and lead workstreams from planning to execution. Identify additional service opportunities to drive sales. Lead specific RFP responses and manage engagement economics. Execute resource planning within budget constraints. Skills And Attributes For Success
Team collaboration with client technology professionals and/or third-party alliances to implement technology solutions. Quality project execution and delivery with monitoring of project/program economics and proactive scope/timing/resource adjustments as needed. Architect technology solutions focusing on data flow, migration and integration across multi-vendor landscapes. Develop people through delegation, performance feedback, and leadership by example. Generate new business opportunities by understanding EY and its service lines and applying knowledge to client needs. Develop long-term relationships and networks internally and externally. Manage a team through all phases of the technology lifecycle (requirements, architecture, conversion, testing). Effective communication with supply chain and technology executives. Experience with agile development methodologies and application integration and quality assurance. Proficiency in software development and technology business requirements analysis. Strong relationship management and negotiation skills. Digital fluency and emotional agility. To qualify for the role, you must have
A 4-year bachelor’s degree with 4–6 years of relevant experience. 4–6 years of SCM/ERP implementation experience as a Technical Lead or similar role, with at least 2 years in a managerial/IT-business integration position. 2–3 full-cycle Oracle SCM Cloud and 3–4 Oracle EBS implementations focusing on Order Management, Pricing, Inventory, PIM, Procurement, and Manufacturing modules. 2–3 years hands-on experience with FBDI, OTBI, REST and SOAP. Proven experience with integration tools such as Oracle Integration Cloud, MuleSoft, Dell Boomi or similar platforms. Demonstrated use of Oracle methodologies (OUM or AIM). Strong written and verbal communication, client service and technical writing skills. Ability to research client inquiries and emerging technologies. Willingness and ability to travel 60–80% of a work schedule. Ideally, you’ll also have
