Candidate Profile
JD
from a top-tier law school with an
excellent academic record
Active Bar Admission in New York , in good standing
2+ years
of substantive experience in
commercial
litigation
and/or
general liability litigation
Experience with
mass torts
,
class actions
, and/or
professional liability defense
is a
plus
Strong
litigation and case management skills
, with the ability to handle complex legal matters independently
Desire to be part of a busy national practice, demonstrating
initiative
and the ability to assume responsibility for matters
Excellent legal research, writing, and advocacy skills, with a p roven ability to build and maintain client relationships
Key Responsibilities
Remotely
support the firm's
Philadelphia office , assisting with their
New York casework
Counsel clients during all stages of
complex commercial litigation
and/or
general liability
litigation
Contribute to the handling of
mass torts ,
class actions , and
professional liability defense
matters
Manage cases
from inception through resolution , including drafting pleadings, supporting discovery, and preparing for trial
Work closely with clients to develop innovative legal strategies and solutions
Collaborate with a team of experienced attorneys to deliver high-quality legal services
