This is a full-time, on-site role located in Beverly Hills, CA. We are seeking a Executive Assistant to join our Executive Operations team. In this role, you will partner directly with Chief Executive Officer to provide advanced administrative support. You’ll also offer lighter-touch support to our VP of Product and other VPs, and collaborate closely with the Executive Operations team. This is a highly visible position that requires exceptional judgment, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. Responsibilities
Support our CEO Offer limited, reactive support to multiple VPs. Contribute to the health, collaboration, and continuous improvement of the Executive Operations team. Qualifications
Experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role, with significant time spent at a fast-paced, tech-centric company. Ability to work in-office Monday through Thursday. A proven track record of anticipating needs and solving problems proactively. Exceptional attention to detail, especially in managing commitments, creating organizational accountability and written communication. High tech-savviness, with experience using AI or automation tools to improve personal, team, or executive productivity Ability to build trust and collaborate effectively with a wide range of personalities and functions. Resilience in navigating shifting calendars, evolving priorities, and organizational change. Willingness to travel up to 15%, primarily between Los Angeles and NYC for customer events.
