Portfolio Director
role at Invitation Homes. You will provide oversight of the Property Management function with close collaboration with the Leasing and Service Operations teams. The role includes managing a portfolio of single-family residential homes and driving performance across assets. Responsibilities
Manage the Property Management team and a portfolio of single-family homes to maximize net operating income per asset and portfolio. Oversee daily property portfolio operations, including rent collection, administrative tasks, accounts payable, and eviction processing. Maintain occupancy levels, foster positive resident relations, and ensure compliance with reporting requirements. Address resident and property-related issues as they arise and document in the property management system. Manage electronic record keeping, including lease files, ensuring quality control and document storage in the proprietary database. Handle all cash and accounts receivable management for assigned assets. Participate in team projects to enhance resident satisfaction and business outcomes. Qualifications
Associate's degree in Business or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Real Estate License preferred. Proven experience in single-family rental or property management industry. Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office applications; Salesforce preferred. Strong customer service, written and verbal communication, organizational and interpersonal skills. Ability to create, implement and manage a budget and generate financial reporting from systems. Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams and committees. Must possess a valid driver’s license and have access to a personal motor vehicle. Willingness to use a personal cell phone. Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed. Ability to travel within the assigned area a minimum of 20% of the time. Salary range: $61,650.00 – $106,860.00, plus eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual\'s skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws. Equal Opportunity
