Overview Brooksource is seeking a Sr. Project Manager to join the Project Delivery team for a complex, multi-opco RCI (root cause investigation) initiative within the Architecture & Engineering department. This strategic project involves managing a multi-year effort focused on the remediation and replacement of technical devices across multiple sites and substations. The role is critical to ensuring compliance with updated device management standards, and the project will continue into 2027. As part of this role, you will also engage with various stakeholders, including directors and engineers, to gather requirements, allocate resources, and report up to the board of directors.

Hybrid role and responsibilities Initially, the selected candidate will take on a hybrid role as a business analyst, supporting the discovery phase by surveying large groups, conducting requirement intakes, and assisting in resource allocation planning. Once a project plan is established, the role will transition into a full project lead, overseeing the execution of the plan, ensuring timelines are met, and driving stakeholder engagement to ensure successful project delivery. The Project Manager will collaborate with directors, engineers, and other key stakeholders to gather requirements, allocate resources, and provide regular updates to the board of directors. If you're an independent and senior-level PM who thrives in fast-paced, lightly structured environments, we encourage you to apply!

Base pay range $65.00/yr - $75.00/yr
