As Vice President of Client Relations, you will be responsible for cultivating and strengthening relationships with both existing and prospective clients, while driving the growth of Coastal Ridge’s third-party management platform. This role includes preparing and presenting market feasibility studies, conducting property analyses, managing property management agreements, underwriting budgets, and supporting all client services/business development initiatives. The ideal candidate is a strategic, results-oriented professional with proven success in meeting ambitious goals and prior operational experience in property management. You will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence in the Midwest and beyond, while ensuring clients consistently receive exceptional service and feedback. Where You’ll Work

Located in downtown Columbus, Ohio, our corporate offices overlook the Columbus Commons which hosts over 200 events throughout the year. Grow and maintain strong relationships with existing investors. Continually identify, develop, and participate in new client engagement. Support and execute comprehensive business development strategies, including cold outreach, existing client engagement, and participation in industry events to drive growth. Provide ongoing reporting, servicing, and other important investor communication. Address third-party client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. Exhibit a strong understanding of housing markets across the country; understand trends, economic cycles, and new development; and proactively adjust to changing conditions. Lead the business development department with client and lead market study reports, including but not limited to, property and market analysis, competitive set surveys, economic trends, supply and demand feasibility, location analysis, rental rate and operations underwriting, due diligence coordination, and business plan thesis. Lead the preparation of RFPs and any other department’s marketing materials. Ensure client satisfaction with CRRE property management platform through quarterly client check-ins. Assist third-party clients with the gathering of property KPI’s for quarterly reporting. In close collaboration with the Managing Director of Business Development, communicate regularly with the company at large, addressing portfolio performance and other relevant, seasonal topics. Work with existing clients to identify and convert opportunities for expanded engagement of CRRE services, including marketing agency and CAPEX management. Assist the Transition department with the onboarding and communication of new business to the portfolio. Write business plans in alignment with client’s investment goals and present them to Operations team to ensure clear communication of business goals for execution. Prepare weekly and monthly reports to organize and track business development performance through Salesforce CRM tool. Work with Coastal Ridge Marketing teams to audit and update property management website, contact cards, social media announcements, press releases, and all other third-party advertising sources. Evaluate and provide insights on markets both on a macro and micro level, as well as budget benchmarking. Other duties and projects as directed and assigned. What You’ll Bring

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field 5+ years of experience in the multifamily real estate industry. Both market rate and student housing experience preferred. Self-starter, that is organized, manages time well and has adapts well to change. Strong written and oral communication skills. Strong work ethic with an entrepreneurial outlook and attitude. Works proficiently in a fast-paced environment with a high regard to quality, detail, and execution. Availability to meet business demands and requests outside of traditional office hours (as needed). Ability to navigate and prioritize multiple tasks. Proficient in excel, industry research tools, market studies, and underwriting. Who You Are
