Lead/facilitate solutioning discussions with the customer and vendor. Identify system interface requirements and develop solutions, including creation of architectural diagrams. Ensure technical teams understand short-term and long-term goals of the program and business efforts by facilitating communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders. Assess project issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives. Work with business units to understand long-term system vision and create the technical implementation strategy to ensure scalability and long-term organizational growth. Help clarify requirements and propose solutions that meet business milestones as well as directing the technical implementations. Engage current customers to understand critical needs, socialize and vet solutions, and advise on strategies to achieve desired results. Identify and select the best technical solutions and approaches to meet anticipated or actual requirements. Lead solution design and the development of key artifacts including architectural models, process diagrams, concepts of operation, and more. Will jump in when necessary to help diagnose larger system issues and work with project managers to confidently complete projects on time. Assist with high-level and detailed estimates, create technical workflows and other supporting documentation to drive the implementation of large enterprise systems projects and promote best practices in development and deployment. Qualifications
15+ years of technical leadership experience. Track record of leading and managing successful application modernization implementations, particularly mainframe to web/mobile transitions. Effective written and verbal communication skills (both technical and non-technical). Deep experience in developing and managing workflows, user interfaces, decision rules, and data models. Thorough understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile delivery methodology. Experience and/or certification in Microsoft Azure. Experience with UI/UX and mobile development. Ability to obtain a public trust clearance. Security Clearance / Eligibility
Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance and successfully pass a thorough government background screening process requiring forms and fingerprinting. US residency requirement applies; specified guidelines for U.S. Citizens and non-U.S. Citizens. Education
BA/BS degree (computer science/systems, information systems/technology, engineering/engineering technology, software or related degree). Location & Availability
