Position Overview The Senior Product Manager for Unified Endpoint Management will lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution of our UEM/MDM platform, ensuring seamless management and security for Microsoft Windows, Apple iOS, and Android devices. This role requires strong technical expertise in endpoint management, device security, and cross-platform integration, combined with exceptional product leadership to deliver world-class solutions that meet enterprise needs.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Roadmap:
Define and prioritize the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the UEM platform, aligning with business goals and customer needs
Technical Leadership:
Collaborate with engineering teams to design and implement solutions for device management, security policies, and compliance across Windows, iOS, and Android ecosystems
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, sales, and marketing, to deliver a cohesive product experience
Customer Advocacy:
Engage with enterprise customers to understand their pain points, gather feedback, and translate requirements into actionable product features
Market Analysis:
Conduct competitive analysis and stay updated on industry trends in endpoint management, MDM, and enterprise security
Feature Definition:
Create detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for new features, ensuring scalability, security, and usability
Go-to-Market:
Partner with marketing and sales to develop go-to-market strategies, including product positioning, pricing, and launch plans
Performance Metrics:
Define and track KPIs to measure product success and drive continuous improvement
Technical Expertise
Deep understanding of Microsoft Windows, Apple iOS, and Android operating systems, including their security frameworks (e.g., Windows Defender, iOS Gatekeeper, Android Enterprise)
Hands-on experience with UEM/MDM platforms (e.g., Microsoft Intune, Jamf, VMware Workspace ONE, or similar)
Knowledge of device compliance, encryption, remote management, and zero-trust security principles
Familiarity with enterprise IT environments, including Active Directory, Azure AD, and network security protocols
Practical experience on AI projects to understand and build a portfolio (e.g., Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or similar)
Qualifications
Experience:
7+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years focused on Unified Endpoint Management, Mobile Device Management (MDM), or enterprise security solutions

Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite executives
Customer Focus:
Strong experience in gathering and analyzing customer feedback to drive product decisions
Communication:
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
Nice-to-have
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
Certifications:
Certifications in product management (e.g., Pragmatic Institute, AIPMM) or technical areas (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator, CISSP). Apple Certified System Administrator (ACSA) is a plus

In accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the approximate annual compensation range for this role, depending on individual candidate level and experience, is $135,000 - $200,000, including base salary and any related bonuses or commissions.
