Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Los Angeles, CA for a Director of Risk Management and Patient Safety. The Director will be responsible for overseeing the hospital's risk management and patient safety programs. This includes identifying, analyzing, and managing risks; developing strategies to minimize risk; conducting audits; managing claims; and ensuring regulatory compliance. The Director will also be tasked with implementing best practices for patient safety and leading initiatives to improve overall patient outcomes.
Qualifications
Strong Analytical Skills and Finance experience
Experience in Auditing and Claims Management
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment
RN/JD required
