Responsibilities

Promote MKTG 360 Services: Coordinate with Digital, Communications, and Creative Services teams to facilitate strategic pursuits, campaign planning, messaging, and thought leadership initiatives, client events, conferences, advertising, social media, and related activities to advance services and reputation with target clients and sectors.

Capture Planning and Proposal Development: Develop capture planning skills to guide long-term pursuit development; lead the creation of complex proposals, presentations, and marketing materials using Winning on the Left (WOTL) principles and LOE guidelines; help pursuit teams craft sales messages and demonstrated experience that resonate with clients; coordinate schedules and content production; ensure RFP compliance and quality; oversee production and delivery.

Strategic Client Development: Support BD in strategic client relationship development, gain deep understanding of client goals and needs, identify opportunities, and advance pursuit positioning.

Maintain and Leverage Marketing Information: Advanced user of Layton systems (Cosential, Monday.com, Salesforce, Open Asset) to support campaigns and business development.

Differentiators: Lead and facilitate strategic sales training, think strategically, collaborate with the marketing team, and mentor others; demonstrate leadership within the MKTG team and contribute to best practices.

Desired Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

5+ years of experience in proposal and presentation planning and coordination, page layout, tailored content, graphics development, and editing (AEC industry a plus).

Excellent interpersonal and persuasive writing and presentation skills; coaching experience desired.

Highly proficient with Adobe Creative Cloud / Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and MS Office, especially PowerPoint.
