This full-time role offers a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $120,000, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, plus commuter benefits. Base pay range

$80,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr Key Responsibilities Take charge of complex scheduling, expertly organizing meetings and ensuring timely follow-ups on critical priorities. Manage comprehensive travel arrangementsboth domestic and internationalcovering flights, lodging, transportation, and all meeting logistics. Prepare and distribute meeting materials, agendas, and key documents ahead of time to keep leadership fully informed. Track and drive completion of cross-functional projects with keen attention and proactive communication. Serve as the primary liaison and trusted representative of the executive office. Provide personal assistant support and handle daily operations with energy, professionalism, and a can-do attitude. Handle highly confidential information with absolute discretion and integrity. Maintain an organized, inviting office atmosphere by managing supplies, setting up meeting spaces, and delivering hospitality support. Support internal communications, proofread documents, manage expense reports, and perform general administrative tasks. Take part in special projects and strategic initiatives as directed by senior leadership.

Qualifications

Minimum 2-5 years of experience in executive support, preferably working closely with senior leadership or UHNW individuals. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteOutlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Exceptional organizational abilities and the skill to juggle multiple priorities with ease. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Meticulous attention to detail Proven track record of handling confidential information with the utmost discretion. Excellent problem-solving skills combined with sound judgment and decision-making ability. Energetic, empathetic, and client-focused, with a readiness to tackle any task, big or small. Bachelors degree preferred but not mandatory.
