Overview
Firm: Large Public Accounting Firm. Location: Iselin, NJ – Hybrid (onsite 2–3 days per week). Title: Oracle HCM Solutions Architect (Core HR, Payroll, Talent, Compensation). Pay Rate: $75-$80 per hour (W2) or $85 per hour (C2C). Duration: 3+ months. Responsibilities
Lead technical and functional design for Oracle HCM Cloud, including integrations and migrations during M&A activities. Collaborate with HR, IT, Finance, and M&A teams to define requirements and end-to-end migration plans. Provide architecture oversight, data mapping, configuration, and unit testing to ensure smooth onboarding. Resolve system issues, optimize configurations, and maintain data integrity across HR modules. Integrate HCM with enterprise platforms (Snowflake, Informatica, ERP, Microsoft 365) for automation and reporting. Stay current on Oracle updates and lead platform enhancements or proofs of concept aligned with business priorities. Qualifications
BS in Computer Science/Information Systems or equivalent experience. 7+ years in IT/HRIS with deep expertise in Oracle HCM (Core HR, Payroll, Talent, Compensation). Proven experience in Oracle HCM implementation, configuration, and M&A system migrations. Knowledge of HCM Data Loader, APIs (SOAP/REST), SQL/PLSQL, and enterprise integration tools (e.g., Informatica, Snowflake). Familiarity with software development lifecycles and full project implementations. Strong communication skills and ability to deliver complex projects on tight timelines.
