The Oracle Services practice assists our national consulting practices in planning, pursuing, delivering and managing large, complex full lifecycle initiatives, with experience in Oracle applications and technology. Your focus will be on helping clients achieve the following benefits: An optimal applications portfolio and governance structure that aligns with IT strategy and business architecture Improvement in application performance driving higher customer satisfaction Cost reduction and better investment decisions for applications infrastructure and services Drive through leadership and be a trusted advisor for CXOs Key Responsibilities
Manage relationships with key stakeholders and client executives Lead and manage global delivery teams responsible for activities related to the technical workstream during project planning, requirements definition, development, testing, cutover, training and rollout of application implementations Manage and guide a team of technology professionals advising clients on best practices and approaches to integrate Oracle Cloud applications with the application ecosystem, migrate data and establish data privacy and data security, and lead customers through Oracle’s Cloud Services Ecosystem Assist in developing applicable methodologies, tools, approaches, points of view, thought leadership and accelerators to differentiate EY in the ERP advisory market Gain understanding of vendor product roadmap, features and functionalities and perform knowledge sharing sessions for team advancement Partner with other practices and service lines to imagine, architect, design and deliver innovative solutions Be responsible for the overall architecture, design and technical oversight of complex business initiatives (centered around Oracle Cloud) in customer advisory engagements Participate in customer engagement planning and sales efforts; review and influence existing customer strategic goals; collect, prioritize and document customer requirements with the customer Develop people by encouraging individuals to think for themselves and take responsibility for their contributions to the team; delegate work successfully; conduct timely performance reviews and provide feedback Skills And Attributes For Success
Team with client technology professionals and/or third-party strategic alliances to provide implementation of technology solutions Demonstrate quality project execution and delivery by monitoring project economics, performance versus plan, and adjusting scope, timing and resources as needed Develop people by encouraging independent thinking, delegation and timely performance feedback; lead by example Generate new business opportunities by understanding EY and its service lines and applying knowledge and services Develop long-term relationships and networks internally and externally Manage and supervise a team of technology professionals through all phases of the technology lifecycle Interact and communicate effectively with HR and technology executives To qualify, candidates must have:
Bachelor's degree and approximately 15 years of related work experience; or a graduate degree and approximately 12 years of related work experience 12-15 years of experience with ERP application implementations as a Technical Lead or related leadership roles, including at least 6 years in managerial/IT-business integration Multiple full-cycle implementations of Oracle ERP Cloud and Oracle EBS, preferably for large, globally performing organizations Proven track record leading the development team responsible for integration, data migration and reports development for Oracle Cloud applications Knowledge of integration tools/technologies such as Oracle Integration Cloud, MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or other leading platforms Demonstrated use of Oracle methodologies such as OUM or AIM Proficient in leveraging Agile approaches and tools to drive hybrid-agile delivery Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills Prior consulting experience with building trusted relationships at C-Level The ability and willingness to travel as needed to meet client demand What We Look For

Comprehensive compensation and benefits package with performance-based rewards. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $171,600 to $392,100; for NYC Metro, WA, and CA (excluding Sacramento) the range is $205,900 to $445,700. Individual salaries are determined by factors including education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. Total Rewards include medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options. Hybrid model: most client-facing roles are expected to work in person 40-60% of the time.
