Senior Applications Consultant - Oracle Functional Consultant - Benefits
The HCM Cloud Functional Specialist is responsible for requirement gathering, configurations, CRPs, end-user training, and liaison in cloud implementation and support projects. Benefits module functional expertise with client interfacing skills are essential for this role.
Responsibilities
Lead requirements gathering sessions with clients and stakeholders.
Configure Oracle HCM Cloud for Benefits in client environments.
Coordinate CRPs and provide end-user training as part of cloud implementations and support projects.
Act as liaison between clients and project teams to ensure successful delivery.
Contribute across all project phases: demos/workshops, requirements gathering, analysis/design, configuration, CRP validation, transition, realization, and production support.
Collaborate with clients to define business rules and implement integrations and data loading, including Fast Formulas.
Prepare detailed functional specification documents and test artifacts (test cases, SIT, UAT).
Qualifications
4-6 years of Oracle Cloud HCM experience in functional roles; 6+ years total experience.
At least 3 years of Oracle HCM Cloud implementation experience as a Functional Consultant, with involvement in at least two end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud implementations focused on Benefits.
Knowledge of other Oracle Cloud modules is a plus.
Experience in all project phases: demos/workshops, requirement gathering, analysis/design, configuration, CRP, validation, transition, realization, and production support.
Experience defining business rules, working with Fast Formulas, integrations, and data loading.
Proven track record delivering Oracle HCM Cloud solutions with strong business process analysis, requirements definition and solution design.
Experience in building detailed functional specification documents and test cases, SIT and UAT testing.
Additional module experience such as Compensation, Payroll is preferred.
Skills and Experience
Strong Oracle HCM Cloud functional knowledge, especially Benefits.
Effective client-facing and training delivery skills.
Ability to conduct training and knowledge-sharing sessions in Fusion applications.
Analytical and organizational skills with the ability to manage scope and customer expectations.
Ownership mindset with accountability for delivering assignments and resolving issues.
