Overview
Senior Compensation Consultant — Remote (100% Remote) — open to candidates residing in AK, CA, OR, WA, TX, NM or MT. Responsibilities
Develops and administers Providence St. Joseph Health compensation programs, including pay-for-performance, salary structure design and modeling, complex costing scenarios and incentive plans. Performs research, analysis and evaluation of current and proposed compensation plans to ensure pay structures are competitive, equitable and cost-effective. Conducts job analysis, market analysis, and pay and classification reviews; develops compensation recommendations and costing. Interprets regulatory guidelines and collective bargaining agreements for compensation-related items. Assists in the development of internal policies and standards for compensation-related programs. Conducts data collection and analysis for special projects; encourages HR, core leaders, and others to take a strategic approach to solving compensation issues. Provides guidance to leaders on compensation-related issues and mentors other Compensation team members as needed. Required Qualifications
5 years compensation experience including data collection and analysis, working knowledge of compensation systems, wage and hour laws and exempt classifications. Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, Social Science or related field. Upon hire: Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation. Healthcare experience. Union environment experience. Salary Range by Location
