Providence is seeking a Senior Compensation Consultant. 100% remote; open to candidates residing in AK, CA, OR, WA, TX, NM or MT. Position:

Senior Compensation Consultant (Remote) Responsibilities

Develop and administer compensation programs including pay for performance, salary structure design and modeling, complex costing scenarios and incentive plans. Perform research, analysis and evaluation of current and proposed compensation plans; ensure pay structures are competitive, equitable and cost effective. Conduct job analysis, market analysis, pay and classification reviews. Develop compensation recommendations and costing; interpret regulatory guidelines and collective bargaining agreements for compensation related items. Assist in the development of internal policies/standards for compensation related programs. Conduct data collection and analysis for special projects. Encourage HR, core leaders and others to take a strategic approach to solving compensation issues; provide guidance to leaders on compensation related issues. Mentor to other Compensation team members. Required Qualifications

5 years compensation experience including data collection and analysis; working knowledge of compensation systems, wage & hour laws and exempt classifications. Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, Social Science or related field. Certification: Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) upon hire. Healthcare experience. Union environment experience. Salary Range by Location
