Assess existing conditions, establish project budgets, and write detailed technical proposals and reports. Lead design efforts for all types of structural projects; report to the Principal in charge of the Structural Department. Use standard engineering software; strong written and oral communication skills. Construction or stormwater management design experience is a plus. Qualifications
