Overview
Epic HIM/ROI Analyst, Senior role at Seattle Children's. Seattle Children's Hospital is building an innovative Epic Community Connect program to extend our world-class electronic health record (EHR) system to primary care clinics across our region, enhancing pediatric care coordination and outcomes. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Epic HIM/ROI Analyst to support the Community Connect program as well as Seattle Children's Hospital and its primary care and specialty clinics. The ideal candidate will have outstanding customer-facing acumen, enjoy problem-solving, and be adept at thinking outside the box and solutioning quickly. This role will involve managing HIM systems, including deficiency tracking, patient identity, and release of information modules. Experience with specialty build and a deep understanding of HIM operations within a multi-organization environment is ideal.
Note: This is a remote position for the following states: WA, AK, MT, GA, and FL. The pay range shown is for Washington and Alaska only.
Responsibilities
Support the Community Connect program and Seattle Children's Hospital and its clinics with Epic HIM/ROI workflows.
Manage HIM systems, including deficiency tracking, patient identity, and release of information modules.
Collaborate with multi-organization HIM operations and provide subject matter expertise for specialty builds.
Partner with customers and cross-functional teams to implement solutions and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in a related field, or equivalent combination of education/experience demonstrating technical competency.
Minimum five (5) years of experience in an Information Services environment, including at least three (3) years of experience configuring and supporting enterprise content management applications.
Proven experience with project management skills, tools and methodologies; experience leading committees, projects and activities.
Proven ability to apply standard principles, theories and concepts related to a technical discipline.
Experience with clinical, hospital and/or financial applications and/or systems.

Compensation
Compensation Range: $104,797.00 - $157,195.00 per year.
Salary information: This range is based on full-time employment (2080 hours per year). Offers are determined by factors including equity, skills, experience and expertise and may vary within the range.
