Overview
Prestigious Manhattan law firm with a real estate-oriented practice is seeking an experienced (3-7 years) mid-level Associate for a growing, sophisticated commercial real estate finance side practice. Prior work on co-lending or intercreditor agreements is a plus. This is an ideal position for Biglaw or mid-sized firm attorneys to work on similarly sophisticated commercial real estate lending matters in a smaller group setting with more client contact, fewer hours, and a better lifestyle. Base pay range
$200,000.00/yr - $350,000.00/yr Additional compensation types
Annual Bonus Responsibilities
Provide legal services related to sophisticated commercial real estate lending matters, primarily on the lenders' side, with some borrower-side work. Work in a smaller, highly engaged practice group with more direct client contact and a balanced workflow to support a better lifestyle. Grow your practice and pursue opportunities toward equity in a relatively short timeframe. Adhere to the firm's hybrid work policy and maintain full benefits. Qualifications
3-7 years of experience as a real estate attorney (mid-level Associate). Prior work on co-lending or intercreditor agreements is a plus.
