What’s the job? We’re looking for a strategic, driven, and globally minded Head of Global Programs to lead a high-performing team across the US, Europe, and Asia Pacific. This is a pivotal role at the heart of our global business – one that blends leadership, innovation, and commercial acumen to deliver value for our partners and drive long-term growth.
You\'ll lead a global team across Partner and Account Management, Solutions Delivery, and Account Administration
You\'ll take ownership of topline performance, driving revenue growth and exceeding profitability targets
You\'ll build and nurture relationships with partners at all levels, leading contract negotiations and renewals
You\'ll coordinate partner-specific programs of work, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery
You\'ll support business development and the onboarding of new global accounts
You\'ll spearhead initiatives that unlock revenue, enhance customer value, and boost operational efficiency
You\'ll collaborate with underwriting and actuarial teams to ensure the financial health of our Global Programs portfolio
You\'ll champion innovation across product, service, and technology to elevate our partner proposition
You\'ll shape and execute strategic priorities alongside the Head of Global Business
You\'ll guide major projects from setup through to resolution, making critical decisions along the way
You\'ll collaborate across the business to identify opportunities and drive partner success
What are we looking for?
You\'ll have 10+ years of experience in business ownership, account management, and/or client solutions/delivery—ideally a blend of all three
You\'ll demonstrate strong leadership with a track record of managing cross-functional, geographically dispersed teams
You\'ll be highly organized, with a sharp eye for detail and a proactive mindset
You\'ll have an entrepreneurial spirit, strong initiative, and a relentless focus on results
You\'ll possess outstanding interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
You\'ll be confident navigating a matrixed, multinational environment
You\'ll be proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Project; experience with Photoshop or other graphics tools is a plus
You\'ll be tech-savvy and comfortable working with digital platforms and tools
You\'ll ideally have a diploma or degree in a relevant field
Any additional language skills would be a bonus, but aren’t essential

Salary The salary range for this role is $172,000 - $281,700. This is the range Zurich Cover-More in good faith believes is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of the posting. Base pay offered may vary depending on, but not limited to education, experience, skills, geographic location, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business needs. This range may be modified in the future. This job is also bonus eligible. No amount is considered to be wages or compensation until such amount is earned, vested, and determinable.
