Lead M&A transactions from inception to closing; manage due diligence teams and coordinate across practice areas. Draft and review acquisition agreements and other documentation used in complex M&A and private equity transactions; ensure accuracy and timeliness. Collaborate with cross-practice teams and mentor junior associates; demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage a challenging workload in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrate strong academic credentials and writing skills. Qualifications
Minimum of four years of significant experience in corporate transactions with an emphasis on public and private M&A, including private equity. Strong working knowledge of acquisition agreements and related documentation; proficiency in drafting the same. Well-versed in the mechanics of leading an M&A transaction from inception to closing; experience leading due diligence teams; general corporate and corporate governance experience. Ability to work effectively as part of a team across practice areas; willingness to train junior associates. Admission to the Florida Bar or eligibility for admission to the Florida Bar.
