Poulin | Willey | Anastopoulo is seeking an experienced Trial Attorney to join our growing personal injury team. This remote role represents clients throughout South Carolina and requires an
active South Carolina Bar license in good standing . You will take ownership of your caseload and lead matters from filing through discovery, hearings, mediations, and trial. What You Will Do
Represent clients in personal injury matters from initial litigation through settlement or verdict. Draft and file litigation documents including pleadings, discovery requests/responses, motions, and legal memoranda. Conduct and defend depositions. Handle mediations, hearings, and trial proceedings, including jury selection, opening/closing statements, and examinations. Collaborate with paralegals and litigation support staff to ensure thorough case preparation. Requirements
Active membership in the South Carolina Bar, in good standing. Minimum 3 years of litigation/trial experience in personal injury or related areas. Strong negotiation, advocacy, and courtroom skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Note: This role can sit anywhere in South Carolina. Must have an active SC law license. Additional Information
