About The Opportunity Robeson Parks
is seeking a data-driven
Performance Marketing Specialist
to develop, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across various digital channels. The ideal candidate will bring a strong analytical mindset, a passion for digital marketing, and a proven track record of driving conversions through strategic paid media efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Business Suite (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, and other digital channels
Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to improve ROI
Provide consultation on organic assets for boosting/paid support
Develop and refine audience segmentation strategies for precise targeting and remarketing efforts
Implement and evaluate A/B tests to improve ad copy, creative performance, and conversion rates
Manage and allocate budgets efficiently to maximize campaign performance while minimizing costs
Work closely with creative teams to ensure ad creatives align with campaign objectives
Stay updated with the latest trends, platform updates, and best practices in digital advertising
Generate and present detailed reports on key performance metrics, campaign effectiveness, and strategic recommendations
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in managing paid media campaigns
Demonstrable experience with paid media trends/strategies
Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Pay: Hourly ($30-$50/hr) or Project-Based
