Title: DevOps Engineer Location: Chicago, IL / Columbus, OH (Day 1 Onsite) Responsibilities
8 years of hands-on experience in Spinnaker, Jenkins, Docker, Helm, GitLab CI, Nexus/Artifactory, Kubernetes REST APIs, Docker, Kubernetes. Architect end-to-end CI/CD pipelines with modern toolchains. Define release strategies and automation governance. Integrate secure artifact management and build pipelines. Work with QA/dev/ops teams for seamless deployments. Lead release audits and optimize for rollback and traceability. Collaborate with dev, QA, and security teams; drive architecture decisions. Mentor team members and contribute to DevOps best practices. Integrate microservices with Kafka for real-time data streaming and event-driven architecture. Solid understanding of AWS services, including but not limited to EC2, Lambda, S3, and RDS. Experience with Kafka for building event-driven architectures. Strong database skills, including SQL and NoSQL databases. Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes). Good to have TM Vault core banking knowledge; strong communication and collaboration skills. Qualifications
